Heading up the Daedalus group of companies is Michael Reardon, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Michael has continually been at the forefront of composite technology, having extensive experience in and knowledge of composites and their potential uses across industries. While in Europe, Michael worked closely with companies requiring composite technology in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of composite structures for commercial and industrial purposes, including boatbuilding and wind power. He has since settled in the state of North Carolina and has been working to apply his experience to a number of different industries.
