We are recognized for our work in renewable energy projects. Robin Spinks [Greenfield Partner] spent 10+ years siting co-generation power plant projects across the US, which gives us a unique on-the-ground understanding of OSW land-based assets & interconnects and the supply chain required by these projects.
We work extensively with heavy infrastructure / energy-intensive / brownfield redevelopment initiatives. Our expertise includes site specific energy analysis, supply chain asset identification & mapping, workforce development activities, incentive negotiations, and other unique project-by-project niche skills required.
We also assist state, regional, and local development organizations recruit businesses through local & regional business sector cluster identification, developing Key Messages for each sector, producing targeted marketing strategies, and direct involvement in marketing to each cluster.
We are two principals, Mary P. Lilley and Robin H. Spinks, who have 70+ years of combined experience in the economic development arena, including our partnership in Greenfield since 1999. What we do is part strategy, art, and science — a balance between rigorous data analysis and our understanding of the subjective nature of the client decision process.
