Our Mission

The mission of the Southeastern Wind Coalition is to advance the wind industry in ways that result in net economic benefits to industry, utilities, ratepayers, and citizens of the Southeast.

Utility Advisory Group

The Coalition’s Utility Advisory Group (UAG) has representation from major utilities in the region. The UAG provides input into Coalition activities and discusses options for advancing the land-based and offshore wind industry that focus on delivering net benefits to utility shareholders, citizens/ratepayers, and the wind industry.  more>>

SE Supply Chain Map

The Southeast is home to a highly skilled manufacturing and maritime workforce and employs thousands of people in the land-based wind industry, despite having only a 29 MW facility in TN and a 208 MW facility under construction in NC. SEWC has released a Supply Chain Asset Map, with a summary of existing wind industry supply chain assets in the region. Add your company to the online database.  more>>
