Dave leads DARE Strategies LLC, specializing in renewable energy and national defense integration. Previously, at Cassidy and Associates and Apex Clean Energy, he secured a significant power purchase agreement for Fort Hood. As the first Executive Director of the Department of Defense Siting Clearinghouse, he ensured renewable projects were compatible with military operations. A retired Air Force colonel and F-16 pilot with distinguished service, Dave is recognized for advancing clean energy. He contributes to environmental policy and supports community organizations, also known as a five-time Jeopardy! champion.
