Meet Holly
Holly Elliott
Communications Manager
Holly joined the Southeastern Wind Coalition in May 2025. She graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL in 2009 with a BA in Communications specializing in Public Relations. Holly is fully certified in non-profit Crisis Communications from eCornell.
As Communications Manager, Holly leads the Coalition’s communications strategy and development, oversees communications projects, heads outreach and community engagement efforts, and manages member communications across all states and programs.
Before joining SEWC, Holly worked in the international development and global health sectors. Most recently through her role at Pact, she worked on various climate resilience and clean energy projects and created content focused on the intersection of climate change and the mental health global crisis.
Holly lives in Savannah, GA, and volunteers as Communications Co-Chair for the Global Mental Health Action Network, a global advocacy initiative. In her free time, she spends afternoons outdoors with her two young children, cares for the neighborhood stray cats, writes for local art and culture publications, and enjoys reading short fiction and poetry.
