Meet Jocelyn
Jocelyn Juliano
Program Manager, Central Atlantic
Jocelyn joined the Southeastern Wind Coalition in December of 2025. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with an M.S. in Marine Science, and holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from N.C. State University.
As the Central Atlantic Program Manager, Jocelyn leads outreach and education efforts, disseminates wind power research and information, and builds coalitions with a variety of stakeholders around wind power in the Carolinas and Virginia.
Prior to joining SEWC, Jocelyn was an extension specialist for SC Sea Grant, bringing science and resources to coastal stakeholders and building economic capacity.
Jocelyn will call coastal North Carolina home and loves to enjoy the beautiful waterways with her family. In her free time, Jocelyn is chasing their toddler around, walking their dog, or supporting local breweries and businesses.
