Lauren joined the Southeastern Wind Coalition in July 2026. She brings communications and marketing experience across nonprofit, local government, and higher education sectors, with a background in strategic communications, community engagement, and storytelling.

In her role, Lauren leads the Coalition’s communications strategy, manages messaging across states and programs, and drives community outreach efforts. She is passionate about using strategic communications to connect people, build relationships, and advance meaningful change.

Lauren holds an M.S. from Western Illinois University and a B.A. from Rutgers University. She calls Durham, NC home and enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and playing in a women's recreational soccer league.
