Luke Somers currently serves as the Associate Manager of State Affairs for Apex Clean Energy, a renewable energy company focused on developing, constructing, and operating utility-scale solar, wind, storage facilities, and distributed energy resources. At Apex, Luke helps shape and guide the policy and regulatory work of the company’s business for the PJM region and Eastern half of the country. Luke received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Politics at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he currently resides.
